Our Story: How the Idea Was Born
The project "Woman's Code: Ukrainian" — is not just a website. It's a public organization born from a deep desire to support Ukrainian women in challenging times. We saw how the world is changing and how much responsibility falls on women's shoulders, and we realized that we must create a place of strength, trust, and development.
Our story began many years ago with an exchange of experiences, dreams, and goals. We are specialists from various fields: medicine, psychology, business, education, and more. Each of us knows from our own experience how important support and self-belief are. We combined our knowledge and strengths to create a safe space where every woman can find support and the tools to build a happy future.

Owner of Helga Beauty Space, publisher of Women’s Space magazine, founder of the International Women's Association "Woman's Code: Ukrainian," a space for development, support, opportunities, and beauty; speaker. Winner in the Diplomacy Queen Ms Top Ukraine 2025 nomination.
"As a business lady, I create reality and change the rules of the game. I have three higher educations, 23 years in medicine, international projects, business, politics, the European Parliament – I don't stop because every experience becomes a new opportunity. From a nurse to a businesswoman, from local initiatives to global impact - I created an international association, publish a magazine, and support those who strive for change, speak at conferences, and share their experience. 15 years of service gave me an understanding of the value of support, and today my team helps the Armed Forces of Ukraine by implementing important initiatives. As a finalist of the 'Miss Armed Forces of Ukraine' contest, I know that honor is not a title, but a mission.
My name was heard at Paris Fashion Week, and 'Woman's Code - Ukrainian' became a symbol of female strength. I believe that beauty is not just about appearance, but about energy, confidence, and inner strength that inspire the creation of a salon, an international organization, and the 'Women's Space' publication - not just a magazine, but a space for those who strive for change. Success begins with the first step, and I prove this with every decision I make. COURAGE, FAITH, ACTION - MY FORMULA FOR LIFE."

I am a woman who believes in the power of dreams and acts to make them a reality. For me, success is the harmony between my favorite work, development, beauty, and inner balance.
What is important to me:
- To achieve goals and set new challenges;
- To inspire other women with my own example;
- To appreciate style, aesthetics, and beauty in everything;
- To combine career, femininity, and the joy of life.
What I do:
I have a private law practice and am the CEO of a company that deals with real estate appraisal, obtaining construction permits, and developing land allocation projects.
Social life: I am a member of several business communities and a committee member of the Bar Council of the Odesa Oblast.
I have received awards for my dedicated work from the Odesa Oblast Council and the order "For Assistance to the Military".
My credo: "I create the life of my dreams myself, step by step."
