Public Contract (Offer)

on the provision of a charitable donation and the payment of membership fees

This Public Contract (hereinafter — the Contract, Offer) is an official proposal of the NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION "INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S ASSOCIATION WOMAN'S CODE: UKRAINIAN", legal entity identification code (EDRPOU) 45911553 (hereinafter — the Organization), represented by the Head of the Organization, acting on the basis of the Statute, to conclude a contract on the provision of a voluntary charitable donation and/or payment of membership fees with any capable individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the Benefactor/Payer) who accepts the terms of this Offer.

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

• 1.1. Public Offer — a valid proposal of the Organization posted on the Website, addressed to an unlimited number of persons.
• 1.2. Organization's Website — the web page of the Organization on the Internet.
• 1.3. Charitable Donation — a voluntary, unselfish, and irrevocable transfer of funds by the Payer to the Organization to achieve its statutory goals.
• 1.4. Membership Fee — funds voluntarily paid by full members of the Organization.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

2.1. Under this Contract, the Payer voluntarily and irrevocably alienates their own funds in favor of the Organization by making:
— A Charitable Donation to ensure statutory activities;
— A Membership Fee (if the Payer is a member of the Organization).

2.2. The Payer independently determines the amount of the donation or chooses a fixed fee amount. The Organization is non-profit.

3. PROCEDURE FOR ACCEPTANCE

3.1. Acceptance of the Offer is the transfer of funds by the Payer to the Organization's account using the payment tools on the Website (acquiring).

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1. The Organization undertakes to use the received funds exclusively for statutory goals and not to distribute income among founders or members.
4.2. The Payer understands that the Donation and Membership Fee are non-refundable, except as expressly provided by law.

5. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

5.1. By accepting this Offer, the Payer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of charitable relations and accounting.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

6.1. The Parties are released from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances (war, natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).

7. OTHER CONDITIONS

7.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations or in court according to the legislation of Ukraine.
