Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy for personal data (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the website of the public organization "Code of a Woman: Ukrainian," located at https://cod.itmsft.net, may receive about the User while using the website, its programs, and products.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

  • "Website Administration" – authorized employees for website management, acting on behalf of the NGO "Code of a Woman: Ukrainian," who organize and carry out the processing of personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing, the composition of data, and the operations performed with them.
  • "Personal data" - any information related to a directly or indirectly identified individual (subject of personal data).
  • "Processing of personal data" - any action or set of actions performed with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, storage, refinement, use, transfer, depersonalization, deletion, destruction.
  • "Confidentiality of personal data" - a mandatory requirement not to allow the dissemination of data without the consent of the subject or the existence of another legal basis.
  • "Website User" – a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website.
  • "Cookies" — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer.
  • "IP address" — a unique network address of a node in a computer network.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The User's use of the website signifies their agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.

2.2. If the User disagrees with the terms of the Privacy Policy, they must stop using the website.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the "Code of a Woman: Ukrainian" website. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites.

2.4. The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.

3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

3.1. This Policy establishes the obligations of the Website Administration regarding the non-disclosure and protection of personal data that the User provides during registration, newsletter subscription, or a consultation request.

3.2. Personal data permitted for processing are provided by the User by filling out forms on the Website and may include:

  • 3.2.1. User's full name;
  • 3.2.2. User's contact phone number;
  • 3.2.3. email address.

3.3. The Website protects data that is automatically transmitted when visiting pages: IP address; information from cookies; browser information; access time; referrer.

3.4. Any other personal information is subject to reliable storage and non-dissemination, except in cases provided for in paragraphs 5.2. and 5.3. of this Policy.

4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1. The Website Administration may use the User's personal data for the following purposes:

  • 4.1.1. Identification of the User for registration for events or scheduling consultations.
  • 4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized Website resources.
  • 4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests related to the use of the Website, provision of services, and processing requests and applications from the User.
  • 4.1.4. Confirming the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.
  • 4.1.5. Providing the User, with their consent, with information about new projects, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the Organization.
  • 4.1.6. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support.

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING

5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without a time limit, by any legal means.

5.2. The User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties (for example, to involved experts or psychologists) solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's request (e.g., for conducting a consultation), with mandatory notification to the User.

5.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized government agencies of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine.

5.4. The Website Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized access, destruction, alteration, copying, and dissemination.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The User is obliged to:

  • 6.1.1. Provide correct personal data necessary for using the Website's services.
  • 6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information in case of changes.

6.2. The Website Administration is obliged to:

  • 6.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of this Policy.
  • 6.2.2. Ensure the confidential information is kept secure and not disclosed without the User's prior written permission.
  • 6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The Website Administration is liable for losses incurred by the User due to the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Website Administration is not liable if this information became public domain before its loss, was obtained from a third party, or was disclosed with the User's consent.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Before going to court for disputes arising from relations between the User and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The recipient of the claim must, within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt, notify the claimant in writing of the results of its consideration.

8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be submitted for consideration to a judicial body in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
